gooe quality cases but I want to clarify number
5- strawberry tongue due to streptococcus is seen in scarlet fever with sandy erythematous skin rash and accentuation of rash in axillae, but keep in mind Kawasaki disease also in strawberry tongue.
6-scrotal tongue with facial palsy is seen in Melkerson-Rosenthal syndrome but with recurrent facial palsy and enlarged lips, I will biopsy this tongue with obvious nodularity to rule out its granulomatous nature.
Any way this was very good shortcut training
Best Regards
